ALL REFUNDS WILL INCUR a 4% PROCESSING FEE because our payment processor no longer refunds processing fees, even if we do a refund.

If you are returning a product to us, you must first obtain a RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) and write this on the outside of the box. Products can be returned if you obtain an RMA number within 30 days of original order date.

All returned products must be in original packaging, complete and unused. There is a 20% restocking fee on all products. The transaction processing fee we incurred will ALSO be deducted from the refund amount as we do not get that back when issuing refunds.

All sales are final after 30 days from order date.
You absolutely MUST contact us for a refund and agree to not do any credit card disputes as long as product is shipped within 30 days from date of ordering. This is fair, as sometimes parts shortages can cause a delay in shipping. We care about quality here, so understand that we will hold an order back rather than ship incomplete or with missing parts.

Any customs fees incurred if you ship a package back to us, will be taken off your refund amount in addition to the 20% restocking fee! If you don't want to incur a customs fee, use the US postal service to send the package back and mark a value on the box of $10.00. Often, but not always, this elimiates customs fees.

Engine Return Policy

     No returns on engines will be accepted under any circumstance. If you have an issue with a crate engine purchased through us; we will repair the engine under the stated warranty. Any shop labor or shipping costs associated will be reimbursed at our discretion only.
